NOTICE: Friendship's tractor will be available for use in the moving of trailers after 5:00 p.m. on the final Sunday of the show.

NOTICE: It is a growing concern that a high number of dealers are closing, to pack and exit early on the final Sunday of the show.  Packing early ruins weekend sales for dealers near and around you who plan to stay open for the duration of the show.  It becomes known to visitors that "dealers leave early " thus affecting the turn out of people the second weekend. Beginning September 2004: if you plan to pack and leave before 5 P.M. on the last Sunday of either of the shows (June or September), please submit in writing, to the office, the time of your closing and the reason. We feel it is necessary to control this problem for the benefit of all dealers.  Remaining set up and selling through the duration of the show is as important to its overall success as opening daily at 9 a.m. and staying open for evening crowds.
