We are providing you some different options for submitting your Vendor Registration Form and paying your initial deposit. Please feel free to use either method.

You may also complete your Friendship Flea Market Vendor Reservation Form on-line and submit it electronically, using the form below. (You must have an valid email address to use the on-line form.) If you wish to pay by PayPal (whether you mail your form or submit it on-line,) simply drop down to “Vendor Initial Deposit”, enter your amount and hit the “Pay Now” button. You will redirected to PayPal.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED – Send deposition of 1/2 of your total space rent. NO SPACE RESERVED unless money sent in advance.
We are required to collect 7% Indiana sales tax on booth rent. Electric is provided for lights only. The charge for air conditioning is $3.00 per day.
Also, you can come in and set up the week before the show starts. A fee of $3.00 per night/per person is charged. That includes Friday before the show, starting Saturday camping is included in the booth rent.
Please submit only 1/2 of the total space amount at this time. Balance on booth rent, tax, camping and extra electric will be due upon arrival at the show.
No refunds given after June 1st or September 1st before the show.
No personal checks after June 1st or September 1st.
Show dates are always the 2nd full weekend through and including the 3rd full weekend–9 full days.
