I have been going to the fleamarket and camping there since 1968 I was 11 and now 69, we have seen all kinds of weather over the years from hot and muggy to flooding and evacuation but a good time was had each and every year. Some years we came in a 1939 International school bus, one year we had a problem and had to park and sleep in the parking lot of a auto repair shop in Greensburg, we had our 3 week old daughter with us.The next morning they knocked on our door and said we are about to open you need to move (very polite), we got what we needed John fixed it and off we went on to Friendship. Another memorable year John,myself and another daughter was on motorcycles and just out of Napoleon my daughter and I took off racing and needless to say a officer was coming at us, we didn't see him he turned around, passed John and we got mother daughter speeding tickets, John came putzing up and asked if we was going to jail if he needed to go get a trailer? The officer said no. That was probably the talk of the station when he got back, has anyone gave mother daughter tickets for racing motorcycles? (Just making memories) see you 2027!
